Hello, We are visiting Tartu until Sunday 24 May and would need some extra help for our son Stamen who is 8 years old. He has a rare genetic disorder that is causing him Global Development Delay with cognitive deficits, however he is verbal, fully mobile, energetic and in general very curious and smiley boy.
